What is a good way to measure speech sound progress at home?

Pick one or two focus sounds and estimate how clearly your child says them each week on a 0–100 scale. Watching that number rise week over week (W1–W6) is more motivating and more useful to a therapist than a single snapshot. A sound is generally considered mastered around 90% and up.
